  • New subscribers receive their first delivery 3-5 business days after subscription
  • Delivery dates can be modified in your customer portal up to 5 days before shipping

Common Shipping Questions

What if I'm not home for delivery?

Our packages are small and typically don't require signature. They'll be left in a safe location unless you specify otherwise in your delivery instructions.

Can I change my delivery date?

You can modify your monthly delivery date in your customer portal. Changes must be made at least 5 days before your current ship date to take effect.

What if my package is stolen?

Report stolen packages within 7 days and we'll send a replacement at no charge. We may work with you to find a more secure delivery location for future shipments.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently we only ship within the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, and military APO/FPO addresses. International shipping may be available in the future.
